Fondant & Gumpaste

We carry and use "Satin Ice " rolled fondant. This fondant is soft and 

flexible so it can be rolled thin. It has an excellent taste and handles wonderfully. It is not only great for covering cakes, it can be used for 

drapes, ribbons and bows. It is available in white, ivory, dark chocolate 

(tastes like "tootsie rolls") and now available in vivid colors! It is made 

in the U.S.A. and is certified Kosher pareve.

We also carry Wilton's rolled fondant. Available only in white. 

The 1-1/2 lb. box will cover an 8" 2-layer cake and the 5 lb. 

box will cover a 2-layer 6", 8", and 10" cake.
